Refunds, Returns & Order Issues

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders once they have been placed and processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase — because when we say we put care into every Music Disk, we mean it, and we want you to feel confident before you buy.

Order Changes & Cancellations Orders cannot be modified or canceled after checkout. The moment your order is submitted it enters processing immediately — that’s how we keep fulfillment fast and your Music Disk on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We take quality seriously, and if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vinyltra@gmail.com and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you. Please note we issue replacements only, not refunds.

Delivery Issues We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or carrier delays. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Chargebacks By completing a purchase you agree to this policy. If you have a concern, please reach out to us first — we genuinely want to resolve it.
