Please review your order carefully before submitting. All sales are final once an order is placed. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing begins.

Section 6 — Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item (Replacements Only)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vinyltra@gmail.com and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement at our discretion. We do not provide refunds or returns for any reason, including damaged or incorrect items — replacements only.
